Working Together

My work is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique experience. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s bringing you to counselling or coaching at your own pace.

I work in a person-centred and trauma-informed way, meaning your safety, autonomy, and lived experience are always central. Sessions are shaped around your needs rather than a fixed agenda, while gently integrating practical tools where helpful.

My approach draws on a blend of evidence-based and reflective practices, including:

  • Person-centred counselling — valuing empathy, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship

  • Trauma-informed principles — working with awareness of the nervous system, boundaries, and safety

  • CBT-informed techniques — supporting insight, emotional regulation, and coping skills

  • Mindfulness and grounding practices — supporting presence, embodiment, and self-connection

  • Strengths-based coaching — identifying existing skills, resilience, and inner resources, with a focus on confidence, practical tools, and forward movement

I currently offer 60-minute sessions online.
