Counselling
My counselling work is person-centred and trauma-informed, meaning your safety, autonomy, and lived experience are always central. Sessions are shaped around your needs rather than a fixed agenda, offering space for reflection, emotional exploration, and understanding.
My therapeutic approach may draw on:
Person-centred counselling — valuing empathy, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship
Trauma-informed principles — working with awareness of safety, boundaries, and nervous system responses
CBT-informed techniques — supporting insight, emotional regulation, and coping skills

Life coaching is a non-therapeutic, future-focused service. Coaching sessions are structured around your goals and priorities, supporting clarity, confidence, and forward movement.
My coaching approach is strengths-based and may include:
Identifying existing skills, resilience, and inner resources
Developing practical tools and strategies
Supporting decision-making, boundaries, and goal-setting
Encouraging alignment with values and personal direction
Life coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. It is not therapy and does not involve emotional processing or treatment of mental health difficulties.
