Individual Counselling

A confidential and inclusive space to explore anxiety, stress, boundaries, self-esteem, or periods of change. Working from a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, sessions are shaped around your individual needs, experiences, and pace.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or simply unsure why things feel harder than they used to. Perhaps you’re navigating anxiety or low mood, struggling with boundaries or self-worth, adjusting to a life change, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right.

Together, we gently explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, supporting greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and a steadier sense of balance. You don’t need to have everything figured out — this is a space to slow down, reflect, and be supported as you make sense of what’s unfolding in your life.

Grief & Loss
Counselling

Gentle, grounded support through experiences of loss and change — whether you are grieving a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a significant life transition.

Grief can be complex and deeply personal. It may arrive in waves of sadness, numbness, confusion, anger, or longing, and often shows up in ways we don’t expect. There is no right way to grieve, and no timeline you need to follow.

Counselling offers a compassionate space to process emotions, honour your experience, and feel supported as you navigate what has changed. Together, we work toward restoring a sense of meaning, stability, and connection, while making room for both loss and healing.

Sex & Intimacy Counselling

A compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore connection, desire, and emotional intimacy. This work supports individuals in feeling more comfortable in their bodies, more confident in their needs, and more connected within themselves and their relationships.

We may gently explore communication, intimacy concerns, relationship patterns, or questions around sexuality, boundaries, and self-expression. You are supported at your own pace, with care, curiosity, and respect for your unique experience.

This work can also support those navigating experiences such as medical or sexual trauma, shame, changes in desire, or the impact of addiction on intimacy and relationships. Sessions are approached with sensitivity, care, and respect for your boundaries, always moving at a pace that feels safe for you.

This service is currently offered on an individual basis.
