Specialised and Holistic Support

A Gentle, Integrative Approach

This support may be helpful if you’re experiencing overwhelm, stress, emotional dysregulation, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or your body.
You don’t need to feel certain about what you’re experiencing — curiosity, uncertainty, or simply wanting support is enough.

These offerings sit within my counselling approach and are designed to gently support emotional regulation, self-connection, and nervous system awareness. This work is trauma-informed, paced collaboratively, and grounded in safety, choice, and compassion.

Trauma-Informed Counselling

A gentle, body-aware approach for individuals impacted by past experiences. Rooted in safety, compassion, and choice, this work supports rebuilding trust, self-connection, and emotional steadiness and self-trust at your own pace..

Sessions are guided by trauma-informed principles, prioritising regulation, boundaries, and your sense of control throughout the process.

Stress, Burnout & Emotional Regulation

Support for understanding and responding to stress, overwhelm, and emotional intensity. These sessions focus on increasing awareness of your nervous system and developing practical tools to support balance, resilience, and restoration.

This work is especially supportive during periods of prolonged stress, burnout, or significant life pressure.

Mindfulness & Grounding Sessions

Guided practices to support calm, presence, and embodiment. These sessions offer space to slow down and reconnect with your inner experience through gentle, accessible techniques.

Practices may include:

  • Breath awareness and gentle breathwork

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Grounding exercises

  • Reflective journalling

Sessions are adapted to your comfort level and can be integrated alongside counselling or used as supportive standalone sessions. No prior experience with mindfulness or breathwork is needed.

This work is not about forcing change, but about creating safety, awareness, and space for regulation and self-understanding to unfold naturally.
