About Me

Hello, I am Bianca.

I have always felt a strong pull toward working in the area of mental health and emotional well-being. In 2019, this led me to transition my career toward supporting others through counselling, coaching, and holistic wellbeing work.

I am trained as a life counsellor, wellness counsellor, and life coach, and I continue to deepen my learning through practice, reflection, and ongoing development.

About SeaStone Wellness

SeaStone Wellness is a space rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and holistic care. My intention is to offer a warm, supportive environment where individuals can explore what they’re experiencing without judgement or pressure.

I work with people navigating experiences such as stress, grief, anxiety, low mood, identity questions, relationship challenges, and major life changes. My role is not to “fix” or direct, but to walk alongside you as you develop understanding of your emotions, experiences, and patterns, and find ways to move forward that feel aligned and sustainable for you.

How I Work

My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, meaning that your safety, autonomy, and lived experience are always central. Sessions are collaborative, paced gently, and shaped around your individual needs rather than a fixed agenda.

I integrate a holistic and somatic-informed perspective, recognising the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience.

Where helpful, I may draw on reflective tools, nervous system awareness, and grounding practices to support emotional regulation and self-connection.

I am also sex-positive and pleasure-affirming, and I strive to offer a space that is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and respectful of diverse identities, relationships, and life experiences.

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood. I am committed to offering counselling and coaching that is accessible, respectful, and grounded, and I aim to work in a way that honours each person’s pace and capacity.

I also believe support should be as accessible as possible, and I strive to keep my practice considerate of different circumstances wherever I can. A limited number of low cost sessions may be available; please feel free to ask about my sliding scale fees when you get in touch.

Areas of Support

I support individuals with a range of experiences, including:

  • Relationship and attachment concerns (individual support)

  • Sex and intimacy

  • Anxiety and low mood

  • Bereavement, grief, and loss

  • Major life changes and transitions

  • Co-dependency and relational patterns

  • Stress, emotional regulation and nervous system awareness

How I Understand Change

My approach is integrative and draws from several therapeutic frameworks, including person-centred, trauma-informed practice, narrative approaches (including the Hero’s Journey), family systems theory, and attachment-informed work.

Rather than seeing difficulties in isolation, these perspectives help us gently explore how past relationships, roles, and experiences may continue to influence the present. Together, we can make sense of patterns that once helped you cope, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others to emerge.

This work is collaborative and responsive, shaped by what feels most supportive for you. Sessions are guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for your pace — always grounded in safety and choice.
